Green Diopside is one of the rarer varieties of Diopside. Due to it’s deep forest green colour and origin in Siberia, it has often been referred to as the Siberian Emerald.

Origin: Russia, Sweden, Germany, China, India, Canada and the USA.

Birthstone: Green Diopside is not offically a birthstone however it is sometimes favoured for May instead of Emerald.
